Management of operational restructuring and “Chapter 11”

Operational restructuring of large (sales 100 M EUR) textiles company:

  • Acting in the capacity of C.E.O., the management of an operational restructuring exercise performed under the Belgian equivalent of a “Chapter 11”.
  • The result was an operational turnaround. The “Chapter 11” was at that time one of the largest ever to be performed in Belgium. The case featured widely in the National press.
